Form based 1000m swim workout.
I did a quick 1000m (about 20mins) swim workout focusing on form. My heart rate was low during the swim I just focused on stretching each stroke out as long as possible tried to pay very close attention to the TI form.
Feeling great. I am reading Joel Friel's Triathlon Training Bible right now, it is very enlightening. I like CFE but I am slowing starting to get convinced that the long days are simply not long enough off the site particularly for training for a 1/2 ironman which I am going to do next year.
